Very good picture. I don't use the speakers as I connect it to a computer sound system (Creative Labs)so it sounds great to me. It seems to have more sound than my Sony Bravia 32" tv/monitor had (audio level is higher). It seems to be clearer and brighter than my Sony Bravia was, but then again the Bravia was 720p ... I cannot seem to find a remote code to control it from my DirecTV remote though. R64 or R64RB (the rf remote) ... I can't seem to find the code for it.
