HDTV & Electronics Reviews – Ratings on Vizio, Sony, Samsung, Sharp, Toshiba, Pioneer, Hitachi, LG, Mitsubishi, Panasonic & More

Our latest review:Viore LVD32VH65 32-inch LCD TV. We take a look at Viore’s HD 720p television with a built-in DVD player and like what we see. Our reviewers liked the fact that the sleek flat panel display produced sharp images in standard definition 480p as well as higher definition resolution 720p programming. Regardless of the input we selected from Blu-ray players to HD cable and satellite broadcasts, this television produces solid HD images. Color contrast was decent with a ratio of 1,200:1, however it did cause grayer black levels which made some darker film and TV scenes somewhat difficult to see clearly. Image brightness was surprisingly great thanks to the flat panel’s luminescence of 400 cd/m2. The video quality was solid and was about what our reviewers expected for an entry level HD flat panel. Images produced by the built in progressive scan DVD player were also decent. Viewers will be pleased with the overall HD experience the LCD32VH65 provides.

Viore LCD32VH65

Our reviewers had mixed feelings on the combination TV/DVD player found in the Viore LCD32VH65. On one hand the Viore LCD television is already inexpensively priced and the addition of a DVD player was viewed as an added bonus. However, on the other hand our reviewers like components separated from the HDTV in case one of the items fail. It’s difficult to dispose of a perfectly working television if the on board DVD player is broken and conversely if the television was broken but the DVD continued to work. We’ll leave that issue for the potential purchaser to decide.

We did like the Viroe LCD32VH65 for its easy initial set and quick start guide. The remote control is easy to navigate and use as well. Adjustments to brightness, color, and contrast were very easy to make and allows consumers to easily fine tune image quality. Like the other Viore televisions we have reviewed, we have been impressed with the HDTV’s sound quality. The two on board, behind the screen speakers provide generous amounts and quality sound for regular viewing situations.

Viore provides owners of the LCD32VH65 with two HDMI ports and a number of other video inputs so the LCD can be connected to any number HD devices. Viore also provides a VGA slot for the LCD’s use as a computer monitor. Our liked the Viore’s image quality when the flat panel is utilized as a monitor.

The Viore LCD32VH65 is a great set for consumers looking for a low cost combination television DVD player. This is a straight and simple HD television with a respectable built in DVD player that met our expectations. In light of its simple features, Viore has done a great job providing consumers excellent audio and HD video features. Based on our reviewer’s experience and the experience of other owners, this great mid-sized HDTV is worth the investment.
